Came across the inability to receive ORF prefix list when using a Peer-Group in BGP. IOS issue?

7200 Software (C7200-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.2(4)S3,

R1(config-router)#neighbor EXT65700 capability orf prefix-list ?
  send  Capability to SEND the ORF to this neighbor

I will look into it. Going thru some CBT Nuggets CCIE videos and this came up but wouldn't work in my BGP Peer Groups Lab.

you'll be the unluckiest SOB in the world to get that in the lab exam..... I've never seen that feature IRL either
