I don't understand why. I'm perfectly happy with our ACS setup as it is :(

That's the problem. You're not buying new gear that requires a pro services engagement to get up and running.

I'll say this, though: it was easier to set up Cisco ISE to do RADIUS than it was to do ForeScout CounterACT. What happens after the setup is another matter, but ISE did at least have it so it was easier to do.
