Workmen ???? Workmen ???? Workmen ???? you should be doing this yourself... except for the wax seal when replacing the toilet, that's a PITA.. (tip have a spare or two, save a trip to to home improvement big box store)
I make more money doing my regular job than I would save if I took personal days and did the work myself and then had to go on short-term disability when my back went out and then had to hire guys to finish the job.
Also, this one involved knocking out a wall. I prefer to have experienced guys knock out my walls. I'd look more like this guy, doing that kind of work:

Nooooo don't scare me with that! :)
luckily for me I have a lot of experience in construction, my father was a carpenter/contractor for most of his life. I have build 3-4 hours and a few churches with him. Very thankful for the experience he has given me.
He showed me how much I wanted a desk job. haha
Meanwhile, my wife is out of town right now and flinging texts at me like a contractor PM that just realized the project is one day from going red.
INE All Access Pass - was discounted to 780$ per year and it's end of fiscal year so I finally took the plunge :)
