Just how much can ZipRecruiter insult its HR customers and still get their business? And how many arm’s lengths away from federal employment law violations can employers get? I used ZR for the past few months, helped my get my new job, insulting, repetitive, recommendations for jobs that have no bearing on you skills, but to miss even just one job opportunity, which could have been the ONE.  it was all worth it.

I think that's pretty much the game... we hate the beast, but we know we have to feed the beast to get to where we want to be.

Articles like this are most helpful not for pointing out what is bad, but for what to do and how to best navigate such situations.
