Looks like a good one to read, I'll get to it later.
Basic takeaway: there are so many scams being run, you don't want to do any interviews unless it's person to person. Phone calls, physical visits, Skype. That's it.
If a recruiter says he/she is working for Company XYZ, call that company's HR department to verify the recruiter's story.
reminds me of an recent online artile I read out use robots *ahem, Virtual Helpers* to assist in the recruitment process.
kind of like robot Vera, but in reverse where the recruit (us) can do multiple interviews and at the same time,
If you can automate interviewing for a new job I think that just shows your skills better than any real interview.

If you can automate a robot army of duplicates, you can get LOTS of jobs.
And then take over the world, I think that's the next step on that career path.
