If it's a small enough company, you can find the guy with a simple site visit.
if its a big corp like SuperMega Corp.... C:-) lots of google, phone books, networking, tracking, spying and identification. just about have to stalk the hiring manager. Knowing spouse, kids names, pets names, background research, find interests in common, then make a new buddy, then you can hit 'em up for a job.
And if it didn't work as expected, you can always switch to PI with the experience of hunting this guy. Or at least start pentesting career - if nothing else you should be really good at resonance already.
