Question Nearly every position I have found that I am qualified for in logistics is off limits to anyone with a felony within the past seven years. I’m past the five-year mark. This is a good one - mentions preemptive references and making big commitments up front. Worth reading, even if it's only certain people you know that have felony convictions.

depends on what the felony was and what the job opportunity is,
I don't think Chester has any right to obtain a job as a day care intern.

True, jobs involving children are a no-go for any felon convicted of a crime that involves "moral turpitude."
But, not a lot of IT jobs involve kids. Lots of datacenter work or colocation center work can be done.
