This is a "be careful for what you wish" moment. You want HR automation? Okayyy... HERE IT COMES!!! 9 MILLION RESUMES!!! ALL FOR ONE LEVEL 2 HELPDESK ROLE!!!

The articles Crocodilos quotes advise HR to do more engagement with actual people in order to be more decisive in filling roles... ya think? :smug:

I envision a gazillion AI interviewers interviewing a gazillion AI interviewees and getting fed up because they can't fill a role, and hit the job market themselves.
