Title: Bind -> Infoblox
Post by: icecream-guy on December 23, 2019, 10:18:37 AM
we migrated our external  DNS from Bind to InfoBlox.,  So I unsubscribed myself from the Bind-anounce list,  so no more bind posting in the Vendor Advisories forum

How do you like InfoBlox? Just using it for DNS, or are you using the other stuff?

Been using it for DHCP and IPAM, just added the DNS portion,  makes things easier,  but setup not so,
we engaged infoblox services to take on the setup and configuration of the DNS infrastructure,  it's a bit complex.

it's fairly easy once I got the hang of it.

Infoblox is used in a LOT of companies, so it's eminently portable knowledge.
