Question Last week you taught us how to negotiate. But, how do you do it for your candidates? How do you make sure they get the best offers possible? I realize it's probably different because you're "the middle man," but I just want to see what I can learn from how you do it. There's a secondary narrative here: employers need to pay staff what they're worth so that they are more comfortable with their roles. "Controlling costs" in short-term salary shorting results in more significant long-term costs in terms of employee churn and loss of institutional knowledge.
