Cisco Unified Communications Manager Arbitrary File Deletion Vulnerability

<p>A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco&nbsp;Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) and Cisco&nbsp;Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (Unified CM SME) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to delete arbitrary files from an affected system.</p>
<p>This vulnerability exists because the affected software does not properly validate HTTP requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to the affected software. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to delete arbitrary files from the affected system.</p>
<p>Cisco&nbsp;has released software updates that address this vulnerability. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.</p>
