I have two broadband one lets say (abc) broadband connections having two static ip and the other broadband lets say (xyz) having dynamic ip

Now one static ip is assigned to the primary wan port of tp-link load balancer and the other to an hosting server (centos)

the other broadband connection to the secondary (failover) wan port

what i want to do is to get the centos ip static ip to communicate with the 2nd wan with dynamic ip..
